**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads for Salesforce consulting and implementation services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients across the US, Europe, and Middle East regions.
- Set up and lead pre-sales discussions, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closure and client onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to align proposals with client requirements.
- Promote staff augmentation and consulting services tailored to client needs.
- Meet revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT services.
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in the Salesforce industry (Salesforce services, consulting, or staffing).
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation in international markets (US, Europe, Middle East).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management.
- Experience in staff augmentation or resource outsourcing models is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
