**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Engaging Animations**:Develop short animated videos that simplify and communicate healthcare concepts effectively.
- **Collaborate on Projects**:Work closely with the content team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative ideas for video content.
- **IT Support**:Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- **Research Healthcare Topics**: Stay informed about current healthcare trends and topics to generate relevant content ideas.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine animations and ensure high-quality output.
- **Maintain Brand Consistency**:Ensure that all animations align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/ diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Animation Skills: Proficiency in motion graphics and 2D animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
- Creative Thinker: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for healthcare content.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to animation tools and software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Passion for Healthcare: Enthusiasm for healthcare topics and a desire to create meaningful content that impacts audiences.
