We’re looking for someone who can come up with creative treatments and work to a brief and tight deadline, whilst showing enthusiasm, commitment, and imagination. You will liaise with a range of roles at Engage including our content producers, project managers, and creative director. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to pitches for future work and work with the marketing team to help shape the Engage brand and identity.

**Key skills and knowledge**:

- Extensive experience using the Adobe suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) to produce static and motion graphics
- Develop design briefs that suit the client’s needs, working with the project manager or overseeing content producer
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for visually arresting graphics - from gifs to full graphics-led videos, as well as elements for TV output
- Respond to briefs for internal marketing needs including branding, graphics for websites and presentations
- Generate and execute ideas for pitches for new work
- Strong communication skills both within the internal team and with clients and contributors
- Strong editorial sensibility - able to identify strong content that will perform well on digital/social platforms (YouTube etc)
- Keen, ongoing awareness and interest in trends across social media, online video and sports output internationally
- A creative opportunist up for trying new ideas and thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Keeping up to date with new technologies, software, and techniques

**General**:

- Able to perform under pressure and to work to tight timescales, as well as manage multiple projects
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Interest in a range of sports is beneficial, but not essential
