Qc & Finishing Associate

Ensure every garment meets the brand’s quality standards and leaves the finishing room perfectly pressed, packed, and ready for shipment, showroom display, or e‑commerce photography.
**Quality Control**- Perform in‑line and end‑line inspections on stitching, seams, trims, embellishments, prints, labels, and measurements against tech‑pack and AQL standards.
- Record and tag defects; coordinate rework with sewing teams and verify corrected pieces.
- Maintain daily QC logs, defect matrices, and first‑pass yield reports.
**Pressing / Ironing**- Select correct temperature, steam, and pressure settings for each fabric (cotton, silk, wool, synthetics, blends, coated or embellished têxtiles).
- Shape collars, lapels, pleats, and creases; remove puckering, shine, and water spots.
- Operate irons, steam generators, vacuum tables, and form finishers safely and efficiently.
**Equipment & Safety**- Clean/descale steam equipment, replace iron shoes, and report breakdowns.
- Follow PPE and heat/steam safety protocols; ensure compliance with electrical and ventilation standards.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years in garment QC or pressing within apparel manufacturing (luxury or premium segment preferred).
- Strong understanding of fabric behavior under heat/steam and garment construction basics.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
