*Role Overview:*

Merchant Realtors seeks a highly presentable, independent, and ambitious female professional in her 30s, based in *your current city and state of residence*, to lead operations as a *Business Partner - Head of Operations* focused on promoting and selling Dubai real estate to HNIs and investors in your region.

You will *act as the exclusive official representative of Merchant Realtors* for promoting Dubai properties in *your state*. This is a *state-wise exclusive partnership* — *Merchant Realtors will not appoint anyone else from your state*, ensuring complete independence and growth potential within your territory.

This is a 50:50 profit-sharing partnership for a confident woman with a strong network of HNIs who is passionate about luxury international real estate sales and committed to growing the Merchant Realtors brand.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Exclusively represent Merchant Realtors* for promoting and selling Dubai real estate in your state.
- Independently lead and manage Dubai real estate sales operations in your region.
- Leverage your existing network of HNIs, NRIs, and investors to promote high-value Dubai properties.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, virtual tours, and negotiations independently.
- Use CRM systems, social media, and digital marketing tools to generate quality leads and close sales.
- Represent Merchant Realtors with professionalism and integrity, always working in the company’s best interest.

*Requirements:*
- Must have a strong, well-established network of HNIs and investors in your city and state.
- Experience in luxury real estate sales, international property sales, or related sectors preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and adept at social media and online marketing.
- Comfortable working independently and fully aligned with Merchant Realtors’ values and goals.
- Based in your current city and state with excellent knowledge of the local investor community.
