1. **Data Entry and Management**
- Accurately inputting and updating data into various databases, systems, and spreadsheets.
- Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring that all records are up to date.

2. **Data Verification and Validation**
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entering it into systems.
- Cross-checking data with source documents to ensure correctness and resolve any discrepancies.

3. **Handling Customer/Client Communication**
- Answering queries and providing clear and concise responses, maintaining a professional tone at all times.

4. **Generating Reports**
- Compiling, organizing, and generating periodic data reports based on the entered information.
- Assisting in preparing presentations or summaries for management, highlighting key data insights when needed.

5. **Documentation and Filing**
- Organizing digital and physical records systematically for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensuring proper categorization and filing of documents and records for audit or reference purposes.

6. **Collaboration with Other Teams**
- Coordinating with other departments to gather necessary information or clarify data-related issues.
- Assisting teams with data-related inquiries and providing support in projects requiring data input and management.

7. **Adherence to Data Privacy and Security Protocols**
- Ensuring compliance with company policies regarding data privacy and security.
- Taking care to handle sensitive data appropriately and following established protocols for data protection.

8. **Proficiency in English Communication**
- Engaging with clients, team members, or stakeholders in English, both written and verbally, with strong command over language, tone, and grammar.

9. **Error Identification and Correction**
- Identifying potential errors or inconsistencies in data and promptly correcting them or flagging them for review.
- Recommending improvements to the data entry process for greater efficiency and accuracy.

10. **Time Management and Task Prioritization**
- Prioritizing and managing data entry tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
