**JD-Medical Representative**

**Position: Medical Representative**

**Location: Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, India**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote Ayurved Rasayani’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, ensuring clear and accurate communication of product benefits and usage.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, maintaining strong professional relationships to enhance product awareness and usage.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new clients, retaining existing customers, and maximizing revenue growth opportunities.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, to provide actionable insights.
- Plan and execute territory-specific sales strategies to drive market penetration and brand loyalty.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, such as daily call reports, expense claims, and sales progress reports, to the reporting manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (D.Pharm or B.Pharm preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical products and medical terminologies. Knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical Ability: Capability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for market growth.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the Sindhudurg region to meet clients and explore opportunities.
