**Job description of BIM MODELLER -MEP -Building services**

**Experience**: 3+years

**Location**: Chennai

**Degree **:Diploma/B.E.

**JOB DESCRPTION**
- Should be able to produce 3D Deliverables from Point Cloud Data and Lidar using Revit.
- Produce 3D Existing Conditions Models with exceptional detail and accuracy.
- Highly Skilled with AutoCAD, Revit MEP and Scan to BIM works.
- Knowledge of AEC disciplines, MEP, architectural and structural standards
- Ability to set up models for production and optimize Revit modeling workflows.
- A strong knowledge of International BIM LOD standards.
- 3D modeling experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants is preferred
- Experience in point cloud data conversion is preferred.
- Should be able to utilize/adopt various CADD modeling /design techniques.
- Should have ability to work independently within a project team.
- Collaborate with other designers, engineers and architects and clients to convert information into layout designs, drawings and models using REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Should have ability to understand information received from various formats.
- Should be interested and able to work in an international environment.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and experience in delivering LOD 200 to 400 BIM model using any BIM Software’s
- Knowledge of Plant 3D, Civil 3D and BIM 360 will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Rendering and Animation using Infra Works and 3DMAX will be advantageous.
- Must be capable of performing Clash detection using Navisworks, BIM360 and Revit interference check, export Clash reports, review clash reports etc.
- Assist in the production of producing 2D sheets (plans, sections, 3D clips and details) from 3D/4D multi-discipline models under close supervision from senior 3D Modeling staff (Transitional 2D techniques)
- Complete other duties as assigned appropriate for the designated grade level.
- Knowledge of 4D and 5D BIM will be advantageous and highly preferred.
- Reviews mark ups and redlines project drawings for Project Leads and/or Technology Specialists.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of project workload and rebalances work as needed
- Oversees the process of project drawing creating through all phases, schematic design, design development, construction documents, submittals, from beginning to end and as needed per project
- Proactively identifies and communicated areas of deficiency/gaps along with proposed solutions on projects to support timely completion of work
- Produces accurate 2D drawings, 3D modeling initiatives and projects
- Reviews project files for compliance with standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,479.15 - ₹45,168.47 per month
