**Job Title**: Telesales Executive
**Location**: Noida Sector 16
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
**Industry**: EdTech / BPO / Sales / Customer Service

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or online platforms.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable offerings.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate call logs and follow-ups.
- Handle objections and convert queries into confirmed sales/admissions.
- Work closely with the team to achieve overall sales goals.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and behavior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Fluency in English.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Fast learner and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with EdTech or similar industry is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
