**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise support staff (cleaners, messengers, etc.) to ensure tasks are performed efficiently.
- Report facility issues and follow up on necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office utilities and spaces.
- Oversee and support logistics for small internal office moves or setups.
- Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and events.
- Handle official errands, including banking, and local deliveries.
- Purchasing: Buy goods, office supplies, and snacks for office staff as per instructions.
- Inter-branch Support: Deliver or collect items between branches in case of emergency or urgent requirement.
- Logistics: Coordinate small purchases and vendor pickups/deliveries as required.
- **Travel Allowance**: Petrol allowance will be provided for all official outside work.
- Duty Time: 6:00 am to 03:00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
