Designation - ERP Executive
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for handling all the Functional Activities and able to provide day-to-day support and training to ERP Users.
- Knowledge of Finance, Purchase, Sales, Inventory modules, Estimation & Business development, Project execution with masters/transactions. Additional Subcontracting knowledge.
- Knowledge of User creation in ERP, User mapping with respective module and assign permission sets, User Setup.
- Knowledge of analysing systems/customized reports used by the employees and the managers of the company.
- Knowledge of General Setups and Finance Setup.
- Should be able to co-ordinate with Vendor for resolution of issues and new requirements development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and processes.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex ERP issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems and related technologies, with the ability to customize, configure, and troubleshoot complex solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable ERP solutions, while effectively addressing challenges and obstacles.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and vendors, to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as required.
- 5. Strong focus on delivering value to internal stakeholders and end-users through responsive support, training, and ongoing system optimization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
