**Role and responsibility**:
**1. Research and Stay Informed**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the medical field, including new treatments, research findings, and healthcare trends.
- Conduct thorough research to gather information from reliable sources, such as medical journals, academic publications, and reputable health organizations.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Generate clear, concise, and engaging written content on medical topics for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Create content that is accessible to both healthcare professionals and the general public, ensuring accurate information is presented in a reader-friendly manner.

**3. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts**:

- Interview experts to gather insights and information for creating in-depth and authoritative articles.

**4. Tailor Content to Target Audiences**:

- Understand the needs and interests of different target audiences, such as patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and policymakers.
- Customize content to address the specific concerns and questions of diverse readers.

**5. Compliance with Guidelines and Standards**:

- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards, ensuring that all medical content is accurate, evidence-based, and complies with relevant regulations.
- Pay attention to issues of patient privacy and confidentiality in medical writing.

**6. SEO Optimization**:

- Implement basic principles of search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the visibility and accessibility of medical content online.
- Incorporate relevant keywords while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the information.

**7. Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review and edit medical content for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
- Ensure that all content is free from errors and adheres to the established style and tone guidelines.

**8. Collaborate with Marketing Teams**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align medical content with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns based on medical content.

**9. Continuous Learning**:

- Stay informed about advancements in medical writing techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
- Continuously improve writing skills and adapt to changes in the healthcare landscape.

**10. Time Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in medicine, healthcare, life sciences, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex medical information into easily understandable content.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with both medical professionals and the general public.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with content management systems and basic graphic design tools may be a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
