**Role**: US Accounts Officer (Intacct ERP)

**ERP**: Intacct

**Office Location**: Ahmedabad

**CTC**:40-50k per month

**Position description**: Responsible for Overall Accounting transactional activities, Monthly review of accounts & to complete assigned work, meet deadlines.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Vendor Bills Processing
- Vendor Statement Reconciliation
- Bank Entries and Reconciliation
- Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
- Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries
- Preparation of customer invoices and mailing
- AR and Revenue Reconciliation, accounts payable
- Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports
- Sales Tax calculation and filing
- Payroll Reconciliation
- Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments
- Internal communication for routine queries and questions
- Review and preparation of financial statements
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using **Sage Intacct**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
