Job Description:

- **1. Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock quantities, reorder points, and lead times.
- Ensure proper categorization, labeling, and coding of items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and adjust ordering quantities as needed to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

**2. Procurement and Receiving**:

- Coordinate with the procurement team to order materials and components required for manufacturing.
- Oversee the receiving process to ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming materials.
- Conduct quality checks on received items to ensure they meet the required standards.

**3. Storage and Warehousing**:

- Organize and optimize storage space to maximize efficiency and minimize the risk of damage to materials and parts.
- Implement proper storage methods, such as First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) to manage inventory rotation effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for storing hazardous materials.

**4. Inventory Auditing**:

- Conduct regular audits of inventory to reconcile physical stock with recorded quantities.
- Identify and address discrepancies or variances in stock levels, working with relevant teams to resolve issues.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, receipts, and issues.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends for management's review.

**6. Team Management**:

- Supervise a team of storekeepers and warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure a well-organized and motivated team to meet operational goals.

**7. Coordination**:

- Collaborate with various departments, including production, quality control, and procurement, to ensure seamless material flow.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to manage deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain good relationships.

**8. Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance inventory management processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement best practices to streamline operations and minimize costs.

**9. Health and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the stores and warehouse area.
- Implement safety measures to prevent accidents, maintain proper storage conditions, and handle hazardous materials appropriately.

**10. Problem Solving**:

- Address any issues related to inventory shortages, discrepancies, or delays promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to find solutions to production and supply chain challenges.

**11. Technology and Systems**:

- Utilize inventory management software and systems to track, manage, and analyze inventory data.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends related to inventory management.
- 1. Any Graduate.

4. Minimum 3 years experience required in Manufacturing company in stores department.

5. Required Computer knowledge Like MS office and Working on software.

6. Effective communication Skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
