Required Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a litigation chamber or law firm. Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of court filing procedures, registry rules, and case tracking. - Familiarity with IBC, Companies Act, SARFAESI, Administrative Act and Constitution. - Proficiency in using court portals (e-filing systems) and legal documentation tools.
