In this role, you will be joining a team of HR professionals that offers a supportive environment whilst focusing on enabling business success every day.

**What’s the role?**

As an ER/IR advisor you will be providing support on matters related to collective and individual employee relations, such as:

- Provide "High touch" transaction support and "high touch" advisory support to Employees.
- Provide "High touch" transactional support, "light touch" advisory support to Line Managers (straightforward policy advice).
- Execute processes requiring decision making and interpretation of policy, within defined boundaries
- Act as Process Focal Point / Subject Matter Expert for larger / more complex process (e.g. pay, time entry, etc.) - understands the specifics/mechanics as well as intent behind it to action work.
- Work within a variety of well-defined procedures and practices and is supervised on progress and results;
- Inform management about analysis outcomes.
- Handle exception mgmt. via decision trees and precedent - knows when to escalate to Country Operations expert.
- Support onboarding and upskilling of new team members.
- Decide on standard situations.
- Trigger Workday business processes on behalf of LM.

**What We Need from You**
- Minimum of Master’s Degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline with minimum of 3 to 4 years HR experience.
- Effective Communication Skills and Business Partnering
- Attention to details and diligence.
- Working knowledge of Labor laws (plus)
- Strong execution experience
