**Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers and introduce the company’s products/services.
- Promote special offers, deals, or new products effectively over the phone.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales or lead generation targets.
- Record and update customer details, feedback, and interaction history in the system.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or to close sales leads.
- Work closely with the team to improve sales processes and contribute to the overall company goals.
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in English** (both verbal and written communication).
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
