Serving as the liaison between construction sites and top management, the Project Coordinator provides detailed updates on project status, challenges, and achievements. Clear communication with project teams ensures alignment with company objectives and client expectations. Additionally, detailed reports encompassing progress, budget analysis, and risk assessments are provided to both management and clients.

Client management is a critical aspect, involving engagement to comprehend their needs, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project cycle. Collaboration ensures alignment with client requirements, fostering positive relationships for potential future collaborations.

Drawing from a robust understanding of roads, structures, and design principles, the Coordinator offers invaluable insights to project teams. They review project plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
