**Responsibility**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform manual and automated testing as necessary, leveraging industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
- Document and track defects, issues, and test results using appropriate bug tracking systems.
- Analyze test results and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and quality assurance techniques to enhance testing capabilities and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates, report findings, and address concerns related to product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a Quality Assurance (QA) role, preferably in software development or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques, tools, and frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,204.40 - ₹45,095.83 per month
