**Travel Consultant / Tour Operator / Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in selecting travel destinations, tour packages, and accommodation based on their preferences and budget.
- Book flights, hotels, transport, and other travel-related services.
- Develop and promote customized travel packages.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with travel vendors, hotels, and airlines to secure the best deals.
- Keep up-to-date with travel trends, regulations, and restrictions.
- Process payments and issue invoices in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with tour guides and service providers for smooth trip execution.
- Promote company services through online platforms, social media, and direct marketing.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of various destinations.
