Join Tata Metaliks Limited as a Quality Supervisor for Ductile Iron Pipes in Kharagpur.

**Tasks (Broad) Responsibilities for Quality Supervisor (Ductile iron pipes)**

1.To operate the type testing assembly on a regular basis.

2.To operate C value tests and compatibility tests on regular basis.

3. Ensure and monitor the product certifications.

4. To attend customer complaint and resolve them as per situation for ductile iron pipes.

**Key Performance Indicators**

i) Ensure successful operation of type testing assembly.

ii) Ensure earliest and perfect resolution of customer complaint.

Autonomy/Authority
- Area(s) where the position holder is the decision maker: During attending a customer complaint, to be the company representative at the point of time.
- Area(s) where the position holder provides recommendations: Ensure safety and smoothy operation of typetesting equipment's.

**Job Specifics**

Exc eptional characteristics related to the job, e.g. extensive travel time
- Better communication & co-ordination skill

**Desirable (NICE TO HAVE)**:
Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Civil along with Computer proficiency Driving digitization project, Statistical analytical knowledge, Knowledge of Type test standards.

**Requirements**:

- Location: Kharagpur
- Ctc 3 - 5 lacs
- 2 years of working experience in **Ductile iron pipe industries in Quality Control/typetesting.**

- Full Time **Diploma in engineering from AICTE approved institutions (Mechanical / Production/ Metallurgy/Civil etc)**:

- CTC BUDGET IS FIXED (No flexibility beyond the given amounts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
