**About Us**

Kinkob Kreations is a leading manufacturer of premium **mattresses and hotel linen products**, delivering comfort and quality across India. We are looking for a smart and dynamic **Telesales Executive** with excellent communication skills to be a part of our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle outbound telesales calls and respond to inbound queries.
- Explain company products & services effectively to potential clients.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert to sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any stream (mandatory) with **minimum 70% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation**.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal skills in **Hindi/English/Marathi**.
- **Experience/Skills**:

- Prior telecalling / telesales experience preferred.
- Strong persuasion & customer handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
