As a Front Desk / Receptionist at LandKhoj, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your role will be to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. You will need to have previous experience in the real estate industry to understand client needs and manage administrative tasks associated with property transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greeting Clients & Visitors**:

- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct clients to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.
- Handle client queries related to property listings, appointments, and general real estate information.

**Appointment Scheduling**:
Manage and schedule appointments for property viewings, meetings, and consultations.

Coordinate with real estate agents and clients to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.

**Administrative Support**:
Assist in handling documentation and filing for real estate transactions.

Support the sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.

Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability for staff and clients.

**Client Relations**:

- Assist clients with property inquiries, ensuring they are provided with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Ensure that client interactions are professional, polite, and efficient.

**Office Operations Support**:

- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and parcels.
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the office.
- Maintaining Office Environment:

- Ensure the front desk and reception area are tidy and welcoming.
- Assist in maintaining the general cleanliness and organization of the office.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree or certification in Business Administration or Real Estate is a plus).

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of real estate processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

**Other Requirements**:

- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role in real estate is required.
