**About the Role**

We’re looking for a skilled **IT Support Technician** to provide technical support for our clients using our IT and payroll software solutions. The role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, maintaining databases, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide client support for IT and payroll software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, database, and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and support **biometric and time attendance devices**.
- Communicate effectively with clients and document technical solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficient in **SQL**, **Crystal Reports**, and **Visual Basic**.
- Knowledge of **biometric/time attendance systems** and general IT troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in software or payroll system support is an advantage.
