About the RoleWe’re building AI-driven tools to automate IT support operations for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We’re looking for an experienced IT support technician who currently works at a company providing outsourced IT / NOC / SOC services to MSPs. Your hands-on experience will help us deeply understand workflows, tools, and real-world challenges faced by MSP technicians.Responsibilities- Share real-world insights on ticket workflows, RMM/PSA tools, and common IT issues.- Advise on SOPs, escalation rules, and communication standards.- Join occasional in-person sessions in Bangalore.Requirements- Must be working full time at as IT support technician serving MSPs.- 2+ years in an IT Support / NOC / Helpdesk role at an IT company handeling MSPs.- Hands-on with tools like ConnectWise, Autotask, NinjaOne, or Datto RMM.Perks- Flexible part-time hours (1–2 hrs/daily).- Remote work, paid engagement.- Opportunity to contribute to next-gen IT automation.
