Position - Odoo Sales Executive

Location - Vadapalani, Chennai (WFO)

Shift Timing - 09.30 AM - 6.00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential customers for Odoo ERP solutions.
- Understand client needs and present tailored Odoo solutions to address their business challenges.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the solution meets the client's requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo's capabilities.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Odoo’s features, updates, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Odoo sales or similar ERP software sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into business benefits for clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially for sales tracking (e.g., Odoo CRM, Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
