- In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules and their functionalities.
- Strong understanding of business processes across various domains (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation and Requirement Gathering:

- Engage with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points.
- Analyze and document client requirements, translating them into Odoo ERP functionalities.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for business processes within Odoo.
- Odoo Implementation and Configuration:

- Customize and configure Odoo modules to align with client-specific needs (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
- Lead and participate in Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage data migration from legacy systems to Odoo.
- Business Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes using Odoo.
- Design and implement workflows and business logic within Odoo to enhance efficiency.
- Training and Support:

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using Odoo modules.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation to support Odoo adoption.
- Project Management:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical developers, project managers, QA) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments, features, and industry trends.
- Suggest enhancements and improvements to existing Odoo implementations to meet evolving client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for Odoo ERP solutions.
- Address client feedback and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
