**Overview**: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator Intern to join our back office team at Upakarna, a distinguished jewelry brand known for its exquisite designs. As a Shipping Coordinator Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our logistics and fulfillment operations. Your responsibilities will include processing shipping orders, tracking shipments, managing inventory levels, and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process. This role is essential to maintaining efficient product delivery, supporting company operations, and contributing to our overall growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Efficiently process incoming shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with couriers to arrange pickups and deliveries based on order requirements.

Ensure all orders are packed securely and ready for shipment.

Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates to customers.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their orders and any relevant shipping information.

Address customer inquiries and concerns related to shipping.

Generate and prepare shipping documents, including labels and invoices.

Proactively identify and address any issues or problems that may arise during the shipping process, such as delays, damages, or incorrect deliveries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using shipping software and tools.

Familiarity with customs and regulatory requirements for international shipping is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:
Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field.

Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Familiarity with couriers and shipping carriers.

Problem-solving skills to address shipping-related challenges.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
