Job Description: International Voice Process - Insurance

We are hiring for an **International Voice Process** role specializing in the **Insurance** domain. We're looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our team in Brookfield. **Role & Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and services.
- Provide accurate and professional information to all callers.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented correctly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: A graduate degree is mandatory.
- **Experience**: A minimum of **1 year of experience** in an international voice process is required.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- **Customer Focus**: A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to handle various customer queries professionally.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.

**Job Details**
- **Location**: Brookfield
- **Shift**: Fixed shift from **12:30 PM to 9:30 PM**:

- **Work Days**: 5 days a week
- **Weekend Off**:Saturday and Sunday fixed off**:

- **Salary**: Up to **₹32,000** in hand, depending on your last drawn salary.
- **Transport**: One-way cab provided.
