**Job description**

We are Scouting a Senior Executive - HR & Payroll for well-established Gems and Jewellery company having offices in India and abroad.

**Designation: Senior Executive - Payroll**

**Experience: 3- 5 years**

**Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.**

**Job Location: Marol, Mumbai**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently Processing of Payroll and ensuring timely & accurate payments.
- Update salary structure & new Joinee data in the Spine software
- Challans like PF, ESIC, P Tax & MLWF.
- Employee Records Management
- Preparation of MIS
- & Various reports.
- Support in Internal & External Audits
- Clearance & final settlement of separation cases.
- Collection & updation of Investment declarations & Investment documents and to deduct income tax accordingly.
- Publish a tax projection sheet to the employees in the software.

Requirement
- Should be a graduate.
- Should have a minimum 3 years of payroll management experience.
- Should be well versed with Spine payroll software (**MANDATORY**)
- Should have excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
