**Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Accounts (Male)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Invoice Processing**:

- Assist with the preparation, entry, and verification of sales and purchase invoices.
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.

2. **Reconciliations**:

- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

3. **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Support in managing supplier payments and chasing outstanding customer invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.

4. **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Contribute to financial reports and data analysis.

5. **General Ledger Maintenance**:

- Help maintain and update the general ledger and other financial records.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness.

6. **Expense Management**: Process employee expense claims in accordance with company policies.

7. **Assistance with Audits**:Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.

8. **Tax Compliance**:Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and other tax compliance duties.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
