**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, lights, sanitaryware, furniture, and other interior fit-out items.
- Identify reliable suppliers and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Evaluate quotes, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines.
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the store and project teams for material planning.
- Coordinate with site/project managers to ensure on-site material availability.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation for audits.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, replacements, or returns.
- Ensure purchases align with project budgets and timelines.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with interior materials and finishes
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures
- Good MS Excel and ERP software skills
- Time management and multitasking
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in **interior contracting**, **architecture firms**, or **furniture manufacturing** companies
- Exposure to vendor development and rate comparison

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
