**Job Overview**:
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing finished goods inventory, assisting with billing, handling logistics, and maintaining dispatch documentation. Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and track finished goods, coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
- **Billing Assistance**: Help generate invoices, verify billing details, and assist with billing queries.
- **Logistics Handling**: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods, coordinate with logistics partners, and prepare shipping documents.
- **Documentation & Filing**: Maintain accurate records of dispatch, invoices, and delivery notes.
- **Excel & Office Skills**: Track dispatch activities, create reports, and manage data in Excel.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in dispatch or logistics.
- Strong Excel skills (advanced).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
