**Job Description - Desktop, Hardware & Software Engineer**
**Position:

- IT Executive / IT Support Engineer / Deskop Engineer**

Position Summary:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform system upgrades, hardware replacements, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and procurement of IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and backup procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to users on software tools and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows OS installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with software installation, updates, and patching.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, domains, and group policies.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and end-user support skills.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma/Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Industry certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Desktop/Hardware/Software support roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
