**Key Responsibilities1. Site Management**
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily site activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and address any delays.
- Ensure all on-site activities comply with project specifications and safety regulations.

**2. Team Leadership**
- Supervise and guide on-site teams, including workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure proper resource allocation.
- Address and resolve any personnel or operational issues.

**3. Safety and Compliance**
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure all workers are equipped with and using personal protective equipment (PPE).

**4. Quality Control**
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and rectify defects or substandard work promptly.
- Liaise with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with standards.

**5. Communication and Coordination**
- Act as the main point of contact between on-site teams, contractors, and project management.
- Provide regular updates to project managers regarding site progress and challenges.
- Coordinate deliveries, equipment usage, and material handling to avoid delays.

**6. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution**
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Implement contingency plans to address unexpected challenges or delays.

**7. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, incidents, and resource usage.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation to management.
- Ensure proper documentation of completed work for handover or inspections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
