We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketer to join our

experience in managing social media platforms and executing digital

campaigns. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing

social channels, and supporting the overall digital marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging and on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage daily posting and content calendar across all platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community.
- Edit and upload video content (especially for YouTube and Instagram Reels).
- Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports to guide optimization.
- Keep up with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, clinical) for aligned messaging.
- Assist with paid social campaigns and content boosting (if applicable).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn business accounts, and YouTube channel management.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Experience using social media analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Organized, creative, and proactive.
