Job Description

Job Summary: We’re seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media Marketer who thrives on creating compelling content, loves being in front of the camera, and has a knack for staying ahead of Instagram trends. If you enjoy shooting, editing, and engaging with an audience, this role is for you.
- Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Content Creation: Develop and execute social media content strategies for platforms, focusing on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and emerging trends. Ideate, plan, and create visually engaging content, including Reels, Stories, posts, and live videos.
- 2. On-Camera Presence: Act as the face of our brand for Instagram Reels, Stories, and live sessions. Collaborate with the creative team to shoot and edit videos that resonate with our audience.
- 3. Social Media Management: Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithms, and tools to optimize engagement. Actively monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.
- 4. Engagement & Community Building: Engage with the community by replying to comments, DMs, and participating in conversations. Create campaigns to boost audience interaction, such as challenges or giveaways.
- 5. Trend Research: Regularly “stalk” Instagram to identify emerging trends, styles, and influencer strategies. Propose and implement creative concepts inspired by trends to keep the brand relevant.
- 6. Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for collaborations and shoots.

Job Requirement
- Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of content creation.
- Comfortable and confident being in front of the camera.
- Proficient in Instagram tools, including analytics, Reels, Stories, and editing apps.
- A creative eye for aesthetics and detail in photos and videos. Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills:

- Experience in photography, videography, or Canva.
- Background in influencer marketing or partnerships.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media ads.
