**About the Company**:
We are forming a new export-focused venture with a clear mission: to connect high-quality, farm-fresh vegetables from India to global markets. Our initial focus will be on the **export of onions**, with expansion planned into a wider range of vegetables over time. With growing demand in markets like **Bangladesh and the UAE**, we're assembling a founding team to lead sales from the front—starting with someone who knows how to find and secure international buyers.

**Role Overview**:
As the **Export Sales Co-Founder**, you will be at the forefront of our revenue-generating engine. Your core responsibility will be **finding buyers and driving export sales**, starting with **onions**. You’ll play a key role in launching our operations by building relationships with importers, distributors, and bulk buyers in our target markets. You’ll also help shape the long-term sales strategy and hold a position on the board of directors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the charge in **identifying and acquiring international buyers for Indian onions**, with an initial focus on **Bangladesh and the UAE**.
- Build and manage a growing pipeline of sales leads and actively close deals with B2B clients—importers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract details to ensure strong margins and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with sourcing, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth, on-time export operations.
- Explore new market opportunities and buyer segments as we expand beyond onions.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, buyer meetings, and agri-export forums.
- Provide strategic insight at the board level and collaborate on building scalable sales operations.

**Who You Are**:

- A driven international sales professional with hands-on experience in agricultural exports (vegetables, spices, or perishable goods).
- Skilled in buyer outreach, deal-making, and managing B2B relationships across borders.
- Previous experience exporting to **Bangladesh and/or UAE** is a **strong advantage**.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and excited about building something from the ground up.
- Comfortable handling export documentation, pricing structures, and cross-border logistics.
- Ready to hustle, pitch, and close deals in fast-paced markets.
