**Job Overview**:
As a **Female Telecaller**, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting real estate properties, answering inquiries, and assisting in lead generation and conversion. You will play a key role in building relationships with prospective customers and driving sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about real estate properties and services.
- Generate and qualify leads by understanding client requirements and matching them with suitable property options.
- Maintain and update client databases regularly with accurate contact information and conversation notes.
- Assist clients in understanding the real estate market, property pricing, and potential investment opportunities.
- Schedule site visits and meetings between clients and sales teams.
- Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication until conversion.
- Respond to inbound client inquiries, providing clear and detailed information.
- Track and report on call outcomes, lead status, and sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers and successful closures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information.
- Experience with real estate calling, including understanding of property details and client queries.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professionalism during calls.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and the sales process is a must.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven with a proven track record in lead generation or sales.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Females only (as per the job role requirements).
