**Job Title**: Female Telecaller**

**Salary Range**: 18,000 to 20,000 INR

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant and engaging phone demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Residence or willingness to commute to Rajendra Place.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within Rajendra Place and surrounding areas.

2. Introduce company products or services in a professional and friendly manner.

3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information.

4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

5. Follow up on inquiries and provide timely updates to customers.

6. Collaborate with team members to optimize telecalling processes.

7. Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

8. Adhere to the prescribed working hours from Monday to Saturday.

9. Work in a low-pressure, no-target environment focused on customer satisfaction.
