Security Guard

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and guide walk-in clients and visitors professionally while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
- Monitor entry and exit of residents, staff, vendors, and visitors to ensure authorized access only.
- Maintain a visitor logbook or digital check-in system as per site procedures.
- Conduct routine patrols of the site premises, including common areas, entry gates, parking zones, and the site office.
- Assist the site office staff during client visits, ensuring safe and orderly access to model homes, sales areas, and other facilities.
- Observe and report any suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or unusual activities to the site manager or relevant authorities.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, including fire, medical, or security incidents, and assist until help arrives.
- Ensure all security equipment (CCTV, intercoms, alarms) is functional and report malfunctions promptly.
- Enforce community rules and site-specific regulations, ensuring a peaceful and secure environment for residents and guests.
- Maintain daily security logs and submit incident reports as required.
