Security Guard

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and patrol the school premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or any security threats.
- Ensure all visitors follow security protocols (sign-in/sign-out, ID verification) before entering the school.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, staff, and parents during school hours.
- Keep a close watch on CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity to the management.
- Assist in managing traffic and parking during peak hours (morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up).
- Respond promptly to emergencies (medical, fire, or security-related) and follow school protocols.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement if necessary.
- Ensure all school gates and doors are securely locked after school hours.
- Report daily security logs and incidents to the school administration.
- Assist in maintaining discipline and order within the school premises.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as a security guard, preferably in a school or childcare setting.
- Valid security guard license/certification (if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
