**URGENT HIRING BRAND PROMOTER COMMISSION BASIS**

Position Overview:
Boche Tea is offering an exciting internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the food and beverage industry. As a Sales Promotion Intern, you will have the chance to promote and sell our premium tea products while working on a commission basis. This internship provides valuable training, mentorship, and the opportunity to earn based on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promotion and Sales:Assist in promoting Boche Tea products to potential customers through various channels, including in-store demonstrations, events, and direct marketing efforts.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to introduce them to Boche Tea's offerings, educate them about product features and benefits, and address their inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about Boche Tea's product line, including ingredients, brewing methods, and origins, to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by actively participating in promotional activities, generating leads, and assisting with sales transactions.
- Relationship Building: Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Market Research:Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers regarding their experiences and preferences, and assist in compiling and analyzing this information for future sales and marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, including achievements, challenges, and opportunities, to the sales manager or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiasm for sales and marketing, with a strong interest in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Flexibility to work on a commission basis with the potential for variable income.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
