**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **Brand Promoter** who is passionate about fragrances, customer engagement, and luxury experiences. You will be the face of Palette.in in public spaces, events, and near our retail store—inviting customers to explore our world of personalized perfumes and boosting footfall.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively approach and engage potential customers in and around the mall/store.
- Communicate Palette.in’s unique offerings—**bespoke perfumery, scent consultations, and custom fragrance creation.**:

- Hand out flyers, samples, or exclusive invites to attract walk-ins.
- Educate customers on how our scent personalization works and what makes us different.
- Represent the brand at promotional events, pop-ups, and local marketing campaigns.
- Encourage trial experiences and facilitate smooth handoff to in-store fragrance consultants.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to the marketing and retail teams.
- Uphold a premium brand image with polished appearance, language, and behavior.
- Charismatic and confident communicator with a warm, welcoming presence.
- Passionate about luxury products, beauty, or fragrances.
- Prior experience in retail promotions, customer interaction, or beauty brands is a plus.
- Fluent in English and [Tamil or relevant local language].
- Able to work weekends, events, and flexible shifts.
