**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scriptwriting**: Write clear, compelling, and engaging scripts for a variety of projects, including video content, commercials, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
- **Dialogue Creation**: Develop authentic and relatable dialogues that resonate with the target audience and bring characters and stories to life.
- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop storylines, concepts, and themes that align with client objectives and brand messaging.
- **Research**: Conduct research to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the content, including understanding target audiences, industries, and cultural nuances.
- **Revision & Editing**: Review and revise scripts and dialogues based on feedback from directors, producers, and clients to meet creative and project goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, producers, and other writers to ensure that scripts align with the visual and creative direction of the project.
- **Adaptation**: Adapt scripts and dialogues for different formats, including short-form content, long-form narratives, and multilingual projects as needed.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content within tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, English, Film, Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in scriptwriting, screenwriting, or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and narrative skills.
- Strong understanding of character development, pacing, and dialogue.
- Ability to write for different tones, styles, and audiences.
- Proficiency in scriptwriting software such as Final Draft, Celtx, or similar tools.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience in writing for digital platforms, including social media, is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing your work in scriptwriting and dialogue creation is required.
