5. Ensure safety in all operations and drive improvements in housekeeping

The incumbent would be responsible for:
1. Ensuring line balancing, manpower planning, out put monitoring to enhance manpower productivity in terms of numbers and Rs.
2. Achieving set quality related performance indicators like CSI, FPY & Rejection Cost, field defects
3. Working towards continuous improvement and driving kaizen initiatives
4. Ensuring up keeping of company assets that are under departmental control and ISO activities
5. Ensuring regular maintenance of pneumatic guns, conveyors and assembly fixtures for work simplification
6. Analyzing refrigerator assembly activities and ensure safe working procedures
7. Ensuring reconciliation of A Class items and Material handling on line

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
