Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and trends in

the construction materials sector.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market positioning to develop

strategies for gaining a competitive edge.

2.Sales Strategy Development:

- Create and implement a comprehensive sales and business

development strategy for the target product lines.
- Define sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.

3.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, architects,

builders, and construction firms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure

repeat business.

4.Product Knowledge and Training:
of Pavers, UPVC, Paints, and Pre Cast RCC Slabs.
- Provide product training to the sales team and clients as needed.

5.Pricing and Contract Negotiation:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring

profitability.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to set competitive and profitable

rates.

6.Sales Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and

motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and assess the team's performance, providing feedback and

coaching as necessary.

7.Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and

competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client

communications.
