Blade Transport

**Blade Transport & Handling**:

**Your Tasks**:

- Analyse Transport & handling drawings and suitability of transport accessories blade specific
- Conduct load measurement campaigns to capture real time load cases
- Liaise with core engineering, logistics and project managers
- Define allowable loads blade specific for transport & handling
- Perform the DFMEA/PFMEA exercise specific for mode of transport and blade type
- Secure frame connections/components with trailer bed and assess load conditions
- Review drawing updates and handling procedure including frame position

**Your Profile**:

- 6-9 year’s experience in transport handling or similar role in the wind or composites industry
- Advantage (not a must):

- Experience in conducting measurement campaigns
- Familiar with wind blade drawings and standards (IMO-DNV GL)
