Key Responsibilities:

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.

2. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

3. Proven experience with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination.

4. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience with project management tools and software.

2. Knowledge of team collaboration platforms and tools.

3. Certification in administration, coordination, or a related field.
