Milk Packing Operator is responsible for packaging milk products, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. They operate packaging machines, load materials, adjust settings, and label products, following strict procedures and adhering to health and safety guidelines. They also contribute to preventive maintenance and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

- **Operating Packaging Machinery**:Starting, stopping, and operating packaging machines to fill containers with milk and other dairy products.
- **Loading and Adjusting**:Loading raw materials (like containers, lids, etc.) into machines and making adjustments as needed to ensure proper filling and sealing.
- **Quality Control**:Checking the quality of packed products, ensuring they meet specifications, and identifying any issues or irregularities.
- **Maintenance**:Performing routine checks and preventative maintenance on packaging equipment.
- **Safety and Hygiene**:Following all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the workplace is clean and sanitary.
- **Production Reporting**:Preparing production reports and tracking inventory.
- **Material Indents**:Preparing material indents for electrical spares and equipment as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Understanding and ability to operate machinery.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the packing process.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in labeling, quality control, and other tasks.
